
I need help from my Keto people!
Last summer, I tried a Keto eating plan for the first time and couldn’t believe how quickly the weight dropped off. I stuck to a 800-calorie-a-day plan and lost a stone in a month.
Because I’m a hopeless yo-yo dieter with a complete inability to do any kind of follow-up maintainance diet, I’ve put most of it back on.
It worked so well last time that, naturally, I want to have another go. I am well aware that I’ll need to make it a new way of life rather than treat it as a fad diet this time. But I’m up for it.
However… I’m really struggling to eat meat. I’m more flexitarian than vegetarian – I’ll eat meat, but on my terms. I really enjoyed all the cheese, nuts and veggies on the Keto plan last year, but if I’m going to tackle it again, I need to be better equipped.
So, I’m reaching out to the Keto community here. How on earth do you do Keto without eating a bus load of meat each day? Can anyone point me in the right direction or share links to some favourite recipes, please?
