Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme that was created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
It’s a lovely challenge this week: Books with Nature on the Cover. I’ve tried to find a range of natural images – it was a great excuse to troll through my GoodReads feed for an hour finding them.
This is my selection:
- ‘I’m the King of the Castle’ by Susan Hill
- ‘East of the Sun’ by Julia Gregson
- ‘The Husband’s Secret’ by Liane Moriarty
- ‘The Waves’ by Virginia Woolf
- ‘The Starless Sea’ by Erin Morgenstern
- ‘A Prayer for Owen Meany’ by John Irving
- ‘Wuthering Heights’ by Emily Bronte
- ‘An Artist on the Floating World’ by Kazuo Ishiguro
- ‘The Tortilla Curtain’ by T. C. Boyle
- ‘The Art of Taxidermy’ by Sharon Keynote

Some great covers and some books I haven´t read yet. So I will check them out. Thanks!

Some of those covers are beautiful, and I’m a cover junkie for sure. I’ve read Wuthering Heights, but that’s the only one! Yeesh. So many good books and so little time. 😀

ALL OF THESE ARE SO GORGEOUS!! I though the theme of nature would be pretty hard but I love the one of east of the sun. And I’ve always wanted to try the starless sea – it looks great!! I got a bit sidetracked with this weeks ttt and ended up doing the top ten worst (/best?) young adult tropes. Let me know what you think 😊 https://hundredsandthousandsofbooks.blog/2021/05/12/ttt-11-5-21-you-know-its-a-young-adult-book-when/
